About the role
The End to End Architect will lead the design and delivery of comprehensive solutions that align with the company’s strategic objectives. Working onsite in Bahrain, you will collaborate with business analysts, subject‑matter experts, and application designers to ensure coherent, end‑to‑end architectures throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Review Business Requirements Specifications and use cases to shape solution design.
- Provide technical leadership, governance, and architectural guidance across projects.
- Manage solution design from inception through deployment, tracking compliance and resolving defects.
- Assess technical changes for impact, cost, and alignment with IT systems.
- Maintain up‑to‑date end‑to‑end design documentation.
- Demonstrate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to business stakeholders.
- Experience in leading architecture initiatives within the industry.
