Executive Chef

About the role

Sunset Hospitality Group is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the culinary team at Azure Beach Bahrain, a dynamic beach‑club venue known for energetic, creative, and innovative cuisine.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, train and motivate the kitchen brigade to ensure exceptional quality, consistency and presentation.
• Oversee daily preparation, service flow and kitchen operations during high‑volume periods.
• Develop and execute menu concepts, seasonal specials and signature dishes while maintaining brand identity.
• Monitor and enforce food safety, sanitation and hygiene standards at all times.
• Manage inventory, minimise waste, control food costs and oversee kitchen budgets and supplier relations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high‑end, high‑volume operation.
• Background in beach‑club, day‑life or lifestyle dining venues is highly preferred.
• Strong grounding in Asian and Mediterranean flavours with a focus on elevated, sharing‑style beachside dining.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to inspire and develop large kitchen teams.
• Creative menu development skills while respecting brand standards.
