F&B Service Expert (Waiter) – Brasero Atlantico

About the role

The F&B Service Expert (Waiter) at Brasero Atlantico will create memorable dining experiences for guests by delivering attentive, friendly service throughout their visit. You will work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth operations and uphold the brand’s high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange tables, linens, and dining accessories before service.
• Take guest orders, communicate them accurately to the kitchen, and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including clearing tables and resetting for the next guests.
• Interact with guests courteously, answer menu questions, and address any service issues.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and uniform standards at all times.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 lb unassisted and 50 lb with assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on sloping, uneven or slippery surfaces and to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects as described.
• Willingness to work full‑time hours in an onsite restaurant environment.
