Female Spa Therapist

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay is seeking a dedicated Female Spa Therapist to deliver a range of body treatments that ensure guests experience peace and relaxation. The role involves performing spa services according to established protocols while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all scheduled spa treatments, including body and Hammam services, following Four Seasons protocols.
• Maintain a professional appearance in the issued uniform and adhere to grooming standards.
• Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean, hygienic, and fully stocked.
• Follow fire and emergency procedures and report any incidents promptly.
• Achieve sales and guest‑service targets set by Spa Management.
• Provide guests with after‑care advice and promote recommended products.
• Assist with reception duties, scheduling, demonstrations and special events.
• Participate in ongoing training and apply new techniques as required.

Required profile

• Female candidate with a professional demeanor and punctuality.
• Familiarity with hotel fire and emergency procedures.
• Ability to work shift schedules and notify supervisors of absences in advance.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to meet sales targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Hammam treatments (advantage).
• Knowledge of spa treatment protocols and product mixing.
• Experience with body treatment techniques.
