Associate Director, Food & Beverage

About the role

Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead its Food & Beverage operations. This senior position will shape the guest dining experience across the resort’s restaurants, bars, and private venues while driving revenue and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow revenue and enhance the overall dining experience.
• Manage budgets, analyse financial performance and apply cost‑control measures to optimise profitability.
• Collaborate with culinary teams to create innovative menus that reflect current trends and guest preferences.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards, hygiene regulations and quality control procedures.
• Provide leadership, mentorship and performance coaching to food and beverage teams, fostering a culture of excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in a senior food and beverage leadership role within luxury hospitality.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
