Film Production Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Film Production Executive to coordinate and support multiple film and media projects from pre‑production through post‑production. Working remotely, you will partner with producers, directors, and creative teams to ensure each production meets schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate production activities across all phases, including scheduling, equipment logistics, permits, and resource allocation.
• Assist with project planning, budgeting, and timeline management.
• Liaise with directors, producers, crew, vendors, and other stakeholders to keep projects on track.
• Monitor production budgets, support cost‑control measures, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Facilitate communication between creative and operational teams, addressing challenges proactively.
• Support post‑production workflows such as editing, review cycles, and final content delivery.
• Ensure compliance with production policies, contractual requirements, and safety standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in film production, media operations, or project coordination.
• Strong understanding of film, television, digital media, or video production workflows.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple productions and deadlines in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Experience using project management tools.
