About the role

Join Mondelēz International for an 8‑month Finance Internship where you will work alongside experienced finance professionals on real‑world projects. This fast‑paced role offers hands‑on exposure to corporate finance, budgeting, and financial analysis while supporting month‑end and year‑end processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting activities.
• Support budgeting processes and monitor performance against budgets.
• Collect, analyze, and present data for financial reviews.
• Participate in month‑end and year‑end closing activities as needed.
• Research market trends, financial regulations, and competitor information.
• Contribute to ad‑hoc financial projects and prepare presentations for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 (or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and high level of integrity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and draw actionable insights.
• Problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and adaptability to a fast‑changing environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial functions, data modeling).
• Microsoft PowerPoint – creating clear, compelling presentations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Basic understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and accounting principles.
