Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the financial operations of the subsidiary, ensuring accurate reporting, effective cost control, and compliance with regulatory requirements. This position works closely with the Group Finance team to align subsidiary performance with overall group objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local regulations.
• Manage month‑end and year‑end closing processes and deliver timely financial results.
• Provide financial reports and KPI analysis to the Group Finance team.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities, monitor variances and develop financial models.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure reporting integrity.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to meet audit requirements.
• Analyze operational costs, identify savings opportunities, and support capital investment decisions.
• Monitor working capital components—receivables, payables, inventory—to optimise cash flow.
• Lead, mentor and develop the subsidiary finance team.
