Fitness Professional (Female)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated female Fitness Professional to lead group classes and provide personalized exercise guidance at our recreational facility in Manama. The role involves creating a welcoming, fun atmosphere while ensuring safety and proper equipment use.

Key responsibilities

• Lead group fitness classes such as aerobics, spinning, and strength training for participants of all ability levels.
• Assess individual fitness levels and design customized exercise programs.
• Provide advice on correct equipment usage and monitor technique.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, report accidents, and assist injured guests until emergency services arrive.
• Inspect and report equipment issues, coordinate maintenance, and ensure all safety certifications are up to date.
• Deliver excellent guest service, welcome all visitors, and support guests with disabilities.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and uphold company policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience delivering group fitness classes.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Ability to work full‑time on site and handle physical demands of the role.
