Floor Supervisor

About the role
The Floor Supervisor oversees daily front‑of‑house operations during assigned shifts, ensuring exceptional customer service and a smoothly running restaurant environment. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, the role guarantees that guests receive a positive dining experience while all operational standards are met.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coach service staff throughout the shift.
- Coordinate seating arrangements and workflow to optimise table turnover.
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the dining area.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in implementing company policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory of front‑of‑house supplies and report any shortages.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a supervisory or front‑of‑house role within hospitality.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high service standards.
