Food & Beverage Manager – Luxury Eco‑Resort

About the role

The Food & Beverage Manager leads all F&B venues at our luxury eco‑resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency and profitability. You will drive revenue, control costs and uphold the highest service standards while championing our conservation mission.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive F&B sales and revenue through innovative promotions and upselling strategies.
• Develop, manage and monitor departmental budgets, forecasts and financial performance.
• Implement cost‑control measures for food, beverage, labour and overall expenses.
• Analyze P&L statements and execute action plans to meet financial targets.
• Maintain and improve SOPs, service standards and compliance with health, safety and local regulations.
• Coach, motivate and develop the F&B team to achieve operational excellence.
• Collaborate with culinary and service teams to enhance food and beverage offerings.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of Food & Beverage management experience, preferably in luxury hotels or upscale resorts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in F&B management systems.
• Proficiency in POS systems.
