Franchise Manager – Remote (Bahrain)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Franchise Manager to lead the growth and performance of our franchise network. This remote position supports franchise partners, ensures brand compliance, and drives operational excellence across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute franchise growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new franchise partners.
• Manage ongoing relationships with franchisees, acting as their primary business advisor.
• Monitor franchise performance, profitability, and operational KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with franchise agreements, operational standards, and brand guidelines.
• Conduct business reviews, operational audits, and performance‑improvement initiatives.
• Support franchise marketing campaigns, promotions, and local business development activities.
• Coordinate training, onboarding, and continuous development programs for franchise partners.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, legal, supply chain, and marketing teams to resolve challenges and support growth.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and expansion opportunities.
• Prepare executive reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Retail Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in franchise management, retail operations, business development, hospitality, or multi‑unit management.
• Proven experience supporting franchise networks or multi‑location business operations.
• Strong understanding of franchise business models, licensing, and operational standards.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, negotiation, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Strong financial, analytical, and business‑planning capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and willingness to travel as needed.
