Full‑time Faculty – Real Estate Management & Investment

About the role

The College of Administrative and Financial Sciences is seeking full‑time faculty members for the 2026‑2027 academic year to teach and conduct research in Real Estate Management and Investment. Candidates will join a dynamic academic community dedicated to excellence in teaching, scholarly activity, and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Teach graduate courses such as Real Estate Investment Analysis, Property Valuation, Real Estate Finance, Property Development, Real Estate Economics, and Real Estate Law and Regulation.
• Develop and deliver blended and digital learning experiences using current educational technologies.
• Supervise graduate research projects and theses.
• Maintain an active research agenda, publish in peer‑reviewed and internationally indexed journals, and secure research funding.
• Contribute to departmental service, curriculum development, and community outreach.

Required profile

• PhD in a discipline relevant to real estate studies from a recognized institution.
• At least four years of university‑level teaching experience.
• Demonstrated record of 3‑5 peer‑reviewed publications in the last five years, preferably in SCOPUS‑indexed journals.
• Experience with innovative teaching methods such as problem‑based and project‑based learning.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
