About the role

Join Hilton’s Hotels team as a Lifeguard and combine safety responsibilities with exceptional hospitality. You’ll ensure pool guests are safe while delivering memorable experiences that brighten their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with an upbeat attitude, respond promptly to requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Monitor pool activity, enforce rules and promote safe swimming practices to prevent accidents.
• Act quickly in emergencies, following the emergency action plan and providing rescue or first aid as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections, clean and maintain the pool area to keep it safe and welcoming.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations, upholding the highest standards of wellbeing for guests and team members.
