Graphic Design Specialist

About the role

Beyon is looking for a Graphic Design Specialist to lead the creation of motion graphics, brand collateral and digital mock‑ups that support its business objectives. The role serves as the primary internal design resource, turning creative concepts into engaging visual experiences across all company platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and drive strategic design initiatives aligned with Beyon’s marketing strategy.
• Manage the design sub‑function budget, analyse variances and optimise costs.
• Maintain and evolve visual identity by updating brand guidelines and assets.
• Create complex animations and motion graphics compatible with multiple media channels.
• Encode, convert and edit motion graphics, adding effects to enhance messaging.
• Stay current with animation technologies, tools and techniques.
• Supervise and review artworks to ensure they meet internal stakeholder briefs.
• Produce visual brand collateral (both physical and digital) for internal and external campaigns.
• Enhance Beyon’s digital user experience through UI/UX best practices.
• Conceptualise and deliver social‑media animations and prototype new creative concepts.
• Coordinate production logistics, timelines and delivery of design assets.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to present and refine creative solutions.
• Ensure all outputs comply with Beyon’s brand guidelines and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia or a related field from an internationally recognised university.
• 3‑5 years of experience in advertising, media or marketing design.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
