Graphic Designer – Print & Digital Media

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to join our printing centre in Manama. The successful candidate will produce high‑quality artwork for both print and digital media while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key responsibilities

• Design business cards, brochures, flyers, banners, booklets, packaging, signage, and other print materials.
• Prepare print‑ready files and ensure artwork complies with production specifications.
• Edit and modify customer artwork as required.
• Communicate with customers to understand design requirements and propose creative solutions.
• Coordinate with the production team to guarantee accurate and timely printing.
• Maintain organized project files and adhere to company design standards.
• Assist with branding, marketing materials, and promotional content when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a printing centre, advertising agency, or print production environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong understanding of print production processes, colour management, and file preparation.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
