Guest Experience Agent

About the role

The Guest Experience Agent ensures every guest receives a seamless and memorable stay, from arrival to departure, by providing attentive service and maintaining high standards throughout the property.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests arriving by limousine and escort them safely to their rooms.
• Conduct check‑in and registration procedures for arriving guests.
• Inspect suites before arrival to ensure cleanliness, proper equipment and high‑standard maintenance.
• Maintain the guest recognition programme and log any complaints, inquiries or comments, initiating appropriate follow‑up.
• Provide up‑to‑date information on tours, sightseeing and points of interest and make bookings when requested.
• Inspect public areas of the main lobby to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Upsell hotel rooms, spa, gallery and food‑and‑beverage outlets.
• Assist cashiers with guest billing and ensure smooth check‑out procedures.

Required profile

• Build effective relationships with colleagues to support team morale.
• Suggest improvements to supervisors for overall hotel enhancement.
• Fully understand health and safety, fire and emergency procedures.
• Maintain high personal hygiene, proper uniform and professional body language.
• Represent the hotel’s image politely and professionally in all situations.
• Attend meetings and training as required.
• Act ethically, honestly and within local law.
• Actively solicit guest feedback.
