Heavy Vehicle Driver

About the role

This position involves safely operating heavy vehicles to transport employees, equipment, materials and tools to project sites, while complying with traffic regulations, company policies and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate heavy vehicles such as trucks, flatbeds and boom trucks, and transport materials, equipment, tools and personnel to project locations
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and routine checks of fuel, oil, water, tires, lights and brakes
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report defects, accidents or maintenance needs promptly
• Secure loads properly and follow assigned schedules and delivery routes
• Keep accurate records of trips, fuel consumption and vehicle inspections
• Assist with loading and unloading when required, and coordinate with Site Supervisors and Logistics personnel
• Comply with Bahrain traffic laws, company driving policies and HSE procedures

Required profile

• Valid Bahraini Heavy Vehicle Driving License
• At least 3 years of experience operating heavy vehicles, preferably in construction, electrical or industrial projects
• Good knowledge of Bahrain roads and traffic regulations
• Clean driving record preferred
