Hindi Quality Assurance Lead (Remote)

About the role

In this remote, hourly contractor position you will lead Hindi quality assurance for AI training projects. You will ensure that AI‑generated Hindi content meets high standards of accuracy, fluency, cultural relevance and adherence to detailed rubrics.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI‑generated Hindi content and trainer/QA work against project guidelines.
• Provide precise written feedback in English and ensure contributors follow quality standards.
• Identify recurring quality issues, update trainers and QAs, and maintain documentation such as style guides and FAQs.
• Support onboarding of new contributors, monitor activity, and reactivate inconsistent participants.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards and other project‑management artifacts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hindi, Linguistics, Translation, Communications, Journalism, Education, Quality Assurance or a related field.
• Native or near‑native proficiency in Hindi (reading and writing) and strong command of English.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Hindi writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training or related workflows.
• Deep knowledge of Hindi grammar, Devanagari script, spelling, punctuation, tone and India‑specific cultural context.
• Experience leading or supporting remote teams of trainers, annotators, reviewers or QAs is strongly preferred.
