Hotel Painter – Luxury Property Maintenance

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay is seeking a skilled Painter to join its Engineering team. The role focuses on preserving the high‑end appearance of guest rooms, public areas, back‑of‑house facilities and exterior spaces, ensuring every surface reflects the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and restore interior and exterior painted surfaces throughout the hotel.
• Repair, refinish, and polish woodwork and other decorative elements.
• Patch, plaster, and stucco walls as needed.
• Install and repair vinyl and paper wall coverings.
• Manage inventory of paints, brushes, rollers and related supplies.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and follow safety protocols at all times.
• Complete projects on schedule while keeping work areas clean and organized.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar painting or maintenance role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail and ability to work safely with chemicals, ladders and equipment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of painting materials, selection, mixing and application.
• Familiarity with commercial and construction painting techniques.
• Proficiency using brushes, rollers, caulking guns and related tools.
• Basic math for measurements and mixing ratios.
