Housekeeping Manager

About the role

As the Housekeeping Manager you will lead the housekeeping department of our resort, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere for guests. You will combine strategic management with hands‑on involvement to deliver a memorable and comfortable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the housekeeping team, fostering a culture of excellence and attention to detail.
• Oversee daily housekeeping activities, including room cleaning, laundry and public‑area maintenance, ensuring standards are met.
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality‑control measures to exceed cleanliness and hygiene benchmarks.
• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment efficiently within budget constraints.
• Conduct regular training sessions on best practices, safety protocols and customer service.
• Address guest concerns related to housekeeping promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration or a related field.
• Proven track record in housekeeping management, preferably in a resort setting.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide the team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with staff, guests and other departments.
