Housekeeping Supervisor – Bahraini

About the role

As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will lead the housekeeping team to ensure a clean, inviting and well‑maintained environment for guests at our eco‑focused resort on Hawar Islands. You will be responsible for day‑to‑day operations, quality standards and guest satisfaction while supporting the hotel’s conservation mission.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate the housekeeping staff, coordinating daily tasks and ensuring adherence to standards.
• Oversee room cleaning, laundry and public‑area upkeep, maintaining exceptional hygiene.
• Implement quality control measures and conduct regular inspections to meet guest expectations.
• Conduct training sessions on best practices, safety protocols and customer service.
• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment within budget constraints.
• Address guest housekeeping concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the Housekeeping Manager and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a housekeeping supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to coach a diverse team.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
• Effective problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage daily workflow.
• Focus on quality service while complying with health, safety and hotel policies.
