HR Administrator – Seef, Bahrain

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented HR Administrator to join the headquarters team in Seef, Bahrain. The role provides hands‑on support for the full employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate records, compliance with local labour regulations and smooth administrative processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records and HR files while ensuring confidentiality.
• Support onboarding, contract preparation, transfers, and off‑boarding documentation.
• Coordinate visa, work permit and residency processes with LMRA, GOSI and related authorities.
• Assist payroll preparation by collating and verifying attendance, leave and related inputs.
• Administer and track leave, attendance and probation records; respond to employee queries on HR policies.
• Provide recruitment administration support, including interview scheduling and candidate correspondence.
• Prepare HR letters, certificates and standard correspondence as required.
• Support HR reporting by maintaining trackers and compiling data for periodic reviews.
• Help ensure compliance with Bahrain Labour Law, GOSI requirements and internal HR policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Three to six years of HR administration experience, preferably in a corporate, infrastructure or energy environment.
• Working knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law, LMRA and GOSI processes.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines.
• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is strongly preferred.
