HR Business Partner

About the role

The HR Business Partner will manage day‑to‑day HR operations across Bahrain and the UAE, acting as a trusted advisor to assigned departments. The role partners with line managers to strengthen employee relations, performance management, talent development, engagement and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business heads to translate operational priorities into practical people plans and provide data‑led insights.
• Lead employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, probation, development, performance, recognition and exit processes.
• Coordinate learning and development programmes, manage vendor relationships and drive employee engagement initiatives.
• Support performance management cycles, disciplinary investigations and grievance handling in line with local labour laws.
• Maintain accurate HRIS data, produce regular HR reports and analyse metrics such as headcount, attrition and engagement.
• Advise managers on employee relations, workforce planning, succession planning and continuous improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 + years of progressive HR generalist or business partnering experience, preferably in a multi‑location environment.
• Strong knowledge of Bahrain/UAE labour law and GCC HR practices.
• Experience preparing HR communications, compensation letters and handling confidential employee matters.
