HR Business Partner

About the role

Manage day‑to‑day HR operations across Bahrain and the UAE, acting as a trusted HR Business Partner to assigned departments. Provide proactive, business‑focused advice throughout the employee lifecycle and use HR data to identify trends and recommend actions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business heads to translate operational priorities into people plans and support succession planning.
• Lead employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, performance management, engagement, recognition and exits.
• Provide HR advisory on employee relations, disciplinary investigations, grievance handling and compliance with Bahrain/UAE labour laws.
• Maintain accurate HRIS data, produce regular HR reports and analyse metrics such as headcount, attrition and training participation.
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives, manage vendor relationships and drive employee engagement programs.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support regional HR transformation projects.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 + years progressive HR generalist/business partnering experience, preferably multi‑location or project‑based.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, performance management and HR policy implementation.
• Familiarity with Bahrain/UAE labour law and GCC HR practices.
• High level of confidentiality, discretion and professional judgement.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS systems and data management.
• Ability to prepare accurate HR reports and translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in HR reporting and analytics.
