About the role
Manage day‑to‑day HR operations across Bahrain and the UAE, acting as a trusted partner to business units. Provide proactive, data‑driven advice throughout the employee lifecycle and support organisational change.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business heads to translate operational priorities into people plans and HR policies.
- Lead employee lifecycle activities – onboarding, performance management, talent development, engagement and exit.
- Provide HR advisory on employee relations, disciplinary investigations, grievance handling and compliance with Bahrain/UAE labour law.
- Maintain accurate HRIS data, produce regular HR reports and analyse metrics to identify trends and risks.
- Support succession planning, learning & development initiatives and employee recognition programmes.
Required profile
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 + years progressive HR generalist/business partnering experience, preferably multi‑location.
- Strong knowledge of Bahrain/UAE labour legislation and GCC HR practices.
- High level of confidentiality, professional judgement and stakeholder management skills.
