Human Resources Officer

About the role

We are seeking an energetic, organized, and detail‑oriented Human Resources Officer to join our HR team. You will support operational excellence across the organization by managing recruitment, employee records, payroll support, and employee relations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment, draft job postings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and prepare offers and contracts.
• Design and deliver onboarding programs and manage off‑boarding processes, including exit interviews and trend analysis.
• Maintain physical and digital employee files, audit HRIS/HRMS data, and keep organizational charts and directories up to date.
• Administer leave requests, reconcile attendance, shift rosters, overtime, and support monthly payroll processing.
• Process local employment registrations, subsidy claims, and ensure compliance with labour laws and internal SOPs.
• Support performance appraisal cycles, draft KPIs, and update job descriptions in collaboration with the HR & OD Manager.
• Act as first point of contact for staff inquiries, resolve minor grievances, and organise engagement, wellness, and recognition activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (CIPD qualification highly desirable).
• 3‑4 years of practical HR experience.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for people and operational efficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS/HRMS platforms.
