HR Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to manage day‑to‑day HR operations across Bahrain and the UAE. The role will act as a trusted advisor to assigned departments, delivering proactive, business‑focused support throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business heads to translate operational priorities into people plans and provide data‑led HR insights.
• Lead employee life‑cycle activities including onboarding, performance management, talent development, engagement and exit processes.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records, produce regular HR reports and analyse metrics such as headcount, attrition and training participation.
• Support employee relations, disciplinary investigations and grievance handling in line with Bahrain/UAE labour legislation.
• Coordinate learning and development programmes, employee recognition initiatives and internal communications.
• Identify and implement HR process improvements and contribute to organisational change and transformation projects.
• Coach managers on performance feedback, documentation standards and policy application.
• Support succession planning and workforce forecasting.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR generalist or business‑partner experience, preferably in a multi‑location environment.
• Strong knowledge of Bahrain/UAE labour law and GCC HR practices.
• Proven ability to handle confidential employee matters with discretion and professional judgement.
• Experience with HRIS systems and preparing accurate HR reports.
• Compensation and benefits knowledge is an advantage.
• Ability to create, develop and deploy HR programmes with clear planning and stakeholder alignment.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional local language capability is a plus.
