About the role
We are seeking a full‑time, on‑site Human Resources Specialist to join our boutique law firm in Manama. You will manage core HR functions, develop policies, administer benefits, and support HR projects while ensuring compliance with local and regional labor laws.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Administer employee benefits and oversee personnel management processes.
- Support HR management projects and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and best HR practices.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and collaborate with team members.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in HR, HR management, and HR policies.
- Proficiency in employee benefits administration and personnel management.
- Familiarity with local and regional labor laws.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
