Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end‑to‑end recruitment, develop sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines for both specialized and corporate positions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute talent acquisition strategies across multiple departments.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create descriptions and set selection criteria.
• Utilise job portals, professional networks, social media and direct headhunting to attract top talent.
• Maintain talent pipelines and candidate databases for current and future needs.
• Track recruitment KPIs such as time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire and sourcing effectiveness.
• Coordinate offers, salary negotiations, reference checks and pre‑onboarding activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and analyse recruitment metrics.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment management tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and recruitment reporting tools.
