HVAC Technician

About the role

The HVAC Technician is responsible for ensuring the comfort and safety of guests and staff by maintaining heating, ventilation, air‑conditioning, and refrigeration systems at our hotel property in Manama. This full‑time position involves routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air‑quality control, and refrigeration equipment.
• Conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant and monitor property temperature.
• Analyze energy and utilities usage and calibrate controls, gauges, and meters.
• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical systems, electronic wiring, pipe assemblies, fittings, and valves.
• Perform routine pool and spa maintenance.
• Follow all company safety policies, report hazards, and complete required safety training.
• Provide courteous service to guests and maintain a professional appearance.

Required profile

• Technical, trade or vocational school degree.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HVAC experience.
• EPA Universal Certification and a valid HVAC certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
