Immigration Sales Consultant

About the role

We are a fast‑growing recruitment and global mobility firm operating across the GCC. As an Immigration Sales Consultant you will drive client acquisition and revenue growth by guiding multinational employers and high‑net‑worth individuals through complex immigration and work‑permit processes in Bahrain and the wider region.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and convert B2B and HNWI clients seeking immigration, work‑permit and residency services.
• Conduct discovery calls, understand client needs and tailor solutions that comply with local labour laws.
• Collaborate with internal immigration specialists to build proposal packages, timelines and cost structures.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close using a CRM, ensuring accurate tracking and pipeline health.
• Represent the brand at industry events, networking forums and client workshops to generate qualified leads.
• Deliver compliant, persuasive messaging that reflects local immigration policies and service differentiators.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales and client acquisition within the GCC.
• Strong awareness of GCC labour law and immigration regulations.
• Familiarity with Bahrain’s Ministry of Human Resources & Social Development systems is a plus.
• Arabic language proficiency (spoken) and certification in global mobility or immigration advisory are preferred.
