Inbound Telesales Representative

About the role
Connect6 Group is seeking an Inbound Telesales Representative to join its growing call‑center team. You will handle inbound calls from potential customers, promote household telecommunication services, and work towards achieving sales targets while representing the client’s brand.
Key responsibilities
- Convert leads into clients by making 160‑200 calls per day.
- Reach out to consumers to sell household telecommunication services.
- Maintain and update the CRM with follow‑ups and reminders.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Report daily to the Sales Manager and Director of Sales.
Required profile
- Experienced, self‑driven sales professional.
- Strong ability to understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Comfortable working 9.5‑hour days, five days a week.
