Insights Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Insights Specialist to collect, analyze, and interpret data that drives strategic decisions. The role supports research, market intelligence, and reporting initiatives across the organization, working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend assessments.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and actionable recommendations.
• Identify patterns, trends, opportunities, and risks through data analysis.
• Support customer, market, operational, and business performance studies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand information needs and business objectives.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
• Assist with surveys, research projects, and stakeholder interviews.
• Present findings and insights in a clear and compelling manner.
• Support strategic planning and decision‑making initiatives through evidence‑based analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Data Analytics, Finance, Social Sciences, Research or a related field.
• 1–3+ years of experience in research, business intelligence, market research, analytics, insights or consulting.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
