Instructional Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative, detail‑oriented Instructional Designer to develop engaging learning experiences for our remote workforce. In this mid‑level position you will partner with subject‑matter experts and stakeholders to design, build, and refine instructor‑led, virtual, and e‑learning programs that support professional growth and organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop instructor‑led, virtual, and e‑learning training programs using ADDIE, SAM or similar frameworks.
• Conduct training needs analyses, define learning objectives, and create storyboards, assessments, and supporting materials.
• Produce multimedia assets such as videos, simulations, and interactive content.
• Collaborate with SMEs to translate complex information into learner‑friendly formats.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Maintain and update existing courses to ensure alignment with adult‑learning principles and organizational goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, Educational Technology or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience designing curriculum, e‑learning, or training solutions.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent writing, editing, and content development abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a learner‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LMS platforms.
• Experience using e‑learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Adobe Captivate.
• Familiarity with instructional design models like ADDIE and SAM.
• Ability to create multimedia and interactive learning assets.
