Junior Coordinator – Registry Services

About the role

This junior position supports the Student Records and Registry Affairs teams, providing essential administrative assistance and acting as a backup during training, vacation or sickness periods. It is designed for a recent graduate with no prior experience required.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Student Records Coordinators for Medicine and Nursing with transcript issuance, student documentation, and approvals from the Bahraini Higher Education Council.
• Support the Regulatory Affairs Coordinator in compliance, documentation, disciplinary procedures, appeals management and grievance resolution.
• Participate in regular team meetings, complete assigned actions and provide status updates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal RCSI departments to ensure student‑centred service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration or a related field.
• Demonstrated academic or professional preparation in administration, organisational management or data management.
• Strong written, numerical and analytical abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure.
• Fluent English (reading and writing); Arabic is advantageous.
