Insurance Account Specialist

About the role

As an Account Specialist within Marsh Operations, you will join a collaborative team focused on efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. You will support client service and renewal delivery across the Middle East, working closely with Client Executives and Placement teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support the end‑to‑end renewal lifecycle, including client servicing, coordination, and documentation.
• Manage and record communications in Marsh systems, track renewals across PRISM, RSM, Placement, and invoicing stages.
• Generate and track NDA and KYC requirements, prepare quote and placing slips, and collect claims data.
• Analyze and prepare draft financial and coverage comparisons for client review.
• Maintain compliance with Marsh standards and stay current on insurance procedures and legislation.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi‑task, especially during renewal cycles.
• Excellent communication and time‑management skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree and experience in the insurance sector or client‑service environment.

Required skills

• Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Experience with systems such as PRISM, RSM, JIRA, Ezynsure, and Docusign.
