Intern - Bahrain (2-Month Structured Programme)

About the role

Talabat, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for ambitious fresh graduates and final-year students to join its 2-month structured internship programme in Bahrain. The programme gives hands-on experience in a fast-paced global organisation through real projects, active mentorship and cross-functional exposure across the regional ecosystem.

Available functional tracks

• People Operations (Tech/HR): bridges talent acquisition with organisational scale, treating employees as internal customers to optimise productivity and culture.
• Marketing (Brand, CEM & Campaigns): full-funnel acquisition, customer retention and brand resonance, including promotional campaigns, field activations and CEM metrics monitoring.
• tMart / Q-Commerce (Commercial): GMV, product margins and stock availability across darkstores, vendor negotiations, dynamic pricing and product assortments.
• Sales (Operations & Account Management): acquiring, onboarding and scaling partnerships with merchants and B2B vendors, and managing account operations.
• IT & Infrastructure (Darkstore Networking): building and maintaining the network stack for micro-fulfilment centres.
• Logistics (Vendor to Last-Mile Operations): order movement, rider fleet allocation, dispatch algorithms and delivery SLAs.

What you will do

• Work on live, impactful projects in your chosen function rather than side tasks.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals locally and connect with regional teams across the MENA region.
• Take part in feedback loops and mentorship sessions to accelerate your development.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final-year student with a Bachelor's degree in a field relevant to your chosen track.
• 0-1 years of professional experience.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong eagerness to learn, excellent communication skills and proactive, detail-oriented approach.
