Intern - Bahrain (2-Month Structured Programme)

About the role

Talabat, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is running a 2-month structured internship programme in Bahrain for ambitious fresh graduates and final-year students. The programme gives hands-on experience through real projects, active mentorship and cross-functional exposure across the regional ecosystem.

Available functional tracks

• People Operations (Tech/HR): talent acquisition and employee experience, optimizing productivity and culture.
• Marketing (Brand, CEM & Campaigns): full-funnel acquisition, customer retention and brand resonance, including promotional campaigns and CEM metrics.
• tMart / Q-Commerce (Commercial): GMV, margins, stock availability, vendor terms, dynamic pricing and product assortment.
• Sales (Operations & Account Management): onboarding and scaling merchant and B2B vendor partnerships, account operations and retention.
• IT & Infrastructure (Darkstore Networking): building and maintaining the network stack for micro-fulfillment centers.
• Logistics (Vendor to Last-Mile): order movement, rider fleet allocation, dispatch algorithms and delivery SLAs.

What you will do

• Work on live, impactful projects in your chosen function instead of side tasks.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals locally and connect with regional teams across the MENA region.
• Take part in feedback loops and mentorship sessions to grow your skills.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final-year student with a Bachelor's degree relevant to your track.
• 0-1 years of professional experience.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, eager to learn, proactive and detail-oriented.
