Internal Auditor

About the role

AlloyX Group is seeking a detail‑oriented Internal Auditor to strengthen its governance, risk and control framework. The role provides independent assurance on internal controls, regulatory compliance and risk management, reporting directly to senior management and the Board while remaining fully independent from operational decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Operate as an independent internal audit function with unrestricted access to records, systems and personnel.
• Execute risk‑based audits aligned to AlloyX’s business model, assessing compliance with CBB regulations, internal policies and approved governance frameworks.
• Support the development and execution of the annual internal audit plan and conduct audits based on approved programmes.
• Review stablecoin whitepaper development, issuance processes and public offerings for regulatory and governance alignment.
• Assess controls and governance of third‑party service providers and outsourcing arrangements.
• Prepare audit reports with findings and remediation recommendations, track management actions and ensure timely closure.
• Escalate material issues to senior management and the Board as required.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in internal audit, risk or compliance.
• Based in Bahrain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Risk, Law or a related field.
• Professional certification (CIA, ACCA, CPA, CA, CISA or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience in a regulated financial services environment and strong understanding of regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with Web3, digital assets or stablecoins is highly desirable.
• CBB‑approved candidates will be given preference.
