Investor Relations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations Manager to lead the communication bridge between our organization and the investment community. Based in Bahrain and working remotely, you will shape our investor relations strategy, support fundraising initiatives, and ensure transparent, timely information for shareholders and analysts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute investor relations strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Manage relationships with institutional investors, shareholders, analysts, and financial partners.
• Prepare investor presentations, earnings materials, financial updates, and corporate communications.
• Support fundraising activities, investor meetings, roadshows, and capital market initiatives.
• Coordinate investor inquiries and provide accurate, timely information.
• Analyze market trends, investor sentiment, competitor performance, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with finance, strategy, legal, corporate communications, and executive leadership teams.
• Maintain investor databases, engagement records, and relationship management systems.
• Assist with valuation analysis, financial modeling, and investment‑related research.
• Monitor regulatory requirements related to investor communications and disclosures.
• Organise investor events, conferences, briefings, and stakeholder engagement activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Investment Management, Communications, or a related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, investment banking, equity research, corporate communications, or capital markets.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, valuation concepts, and investment analysis.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information.
• Proven relationship‑management and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project‑management capabilities.
