IT Manager

About the role

We are seeking an IT Manager to lead the technology function for Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain, an ultra‑luxury hotel offering private pool villas and premium guest services. The role reports to the Director of Finance and works closely with hotel General Managers, executive committees and department heads to ensure seamless IT operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day IT operations and act as the primary liaison for hotel GMs, EXCOM and department heads.
• Plan and control the IT budget, ensuring compliance with Accor IT policies and guidelines.
• Develop business cases for IT investments and provide regular status reports to senior management.
• Initiate, coordinate and oversee IT projects, advising the GM on strategic technology matters.
• Ensure PCI DSS and GDPR compliance across all hotel systems.
• Maintain relationships with hardware partners, oversee hardware issue escalation and support resolution.
• Guarantee that only properly licensed software is installed and manage software vendor relationships.
• Control user access rights and coordinate training programs in partnership with Learning & Development.
