IT Sales Executive - Outdoor

About the role

The IT Sales Executive - Outdoor is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Manama, responsible for driving business growth by selling IT solutions and services directly to corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and visit prospective clients to understand their IT needs.
• Present tailored solutions across hardware, infrastructure, networking, security and managed services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and manage the sales pipeline.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and negotiate agreements in line with company policies.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution scoping, timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and report on market trends and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Strong IT sales skills with experience selling technology solutions to business customers.
• Lead generation and account management abilities to develop and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Solid knowledge of hardware, networking, infrastructure, cybersecurity and managed services.
• Excellent communication skills for meetings, presentations and negotiations.
• Minimum 3‑4 years of proven field or outdoor sales experience, preferably in the IT sector.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and prioritize multiple opportunities.
• Proficiency in basic office and CRM software for tracking leads and sales activities.
• Valid driving licence in Bahrain and willingness to travel within the region.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or a related field is preferred.
