IT Support Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, customer‑focused IT Support Officer to ensure reliable technology services across the organization. You will be the first point of contact for hardware, software and network issues, helping colleagues make the most of their tools.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support for computers, mobile devices, and business applications.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems and software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents promptly, documenting solutions and procedures.
• Set up user accounts, manage access rights and configure devices.
• Monitor system performance, security and reliability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve IT services and user satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems and networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 and common business software.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Clear communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
