Junior Electrical Engineer – Manufacturing

About the role

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Junior Electrical Engineer to support its manufacturing sites that produce iconic consumer brands. You will work in a dynamic, global environment, gaining hands‑on experience with electrical, automation and process‑control systems while contributing to product quality and plant reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain manufacturing assets in a safe and reliable operating condition.
• Optimize electrical, automation and process‑control systems to improve plant performance.
• Lead and deliver electrical engineering projects, upgrades and modifications.
• Identify and implement opportunities to boost productivity, quality and equipment reliability.
• Support troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Train and develop technical personnel while promoting engineering best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, automation, PLCs and process control.
• Interest in developing a career within a fast‑moving manufacturing environment.
• Preferred: experience in FMCG manufacturing and familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
