Junior Estimator (Fit‑out & Interior Projects)

About the role

Havelock One Interiors is seeking a Junior Estimator to support its expanding fit‑out and interior contracting business in Bahrain. You will work closely with consultants, contractors, accountants and operations teams to deliver accurate financial and budget analyses for interior projects.

Key responsibilities

• Receive contract enquiries, assess suitability and maintain QA‑compliant databases.
• Issue enquiries to the supply chain, select optimal suppliers or manufacturing locations.
• Liaise with internal teams to produce program and quality submissions.
• Analyze supplier quotes, negotiate costs and review terms against tender practices.
• Prepare tender analysis, install detailed cost data and review mark‑ups.
• Ensure tender summary sheets are signed off per QA procedures.
• Monitor quotations, attend client meetings and review contract conditions, specifications and drawings.
• Participate in hand‑over meetings and provide necessary information to operational and commercial teams.

Required profile

• IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Experience in metal fabrication estimation.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and within a team.
• Strong time‑management, communication and presentation abilities.
• Capable of multitasking, handling pressure and meeting deadlines.
