Junior Machine Operator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Machine Operator to join our production team. In this entry‑level position you will help run and maintain cutting‑edge equipment, ensuring efficient and safe manufacturing of high‑quality products.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machinery to support smooth production runs.
• Achieve shift production targets while maintaining quality, productivity and cost standards.
• Monitor production processes and report any deviations.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with shift leaders for timely resolution.
• Perform routine cleaning, inspection and preventive maintenance of machines.
• Ensure products meet quality and safety specifications and comply with GMP standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety and EHS protocols.
• Document KPIs, safety observations and adhere to lock‑out/tag‑out procedures.
