Junior Social Media Manager – EU Outreach Project

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Junior Social Media Manager to support the EU communication outreach project covering North Africa, the Middle East and the Gulf. The role is short‑term, on‑demand and focuses on strengthening the visibility and impact of EU policies through digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update institutional social media accounts across multiple platforms.
• Create, schedule and publish engaging content aligned with communication strategies.
• Support digital communication campaigns and online engagement activities.
• Monitor social media performance, generate analytics reports and provide insights.
• Engage with online communities and assist audience outreach initiatives.
• Coordinate with communication teams, graphic designers and audio‑visual specialists to produce high‑quality digital content.
• Track social media trends and identify opportunities to improve audience engagement.
• Ensure all content complies with EU branding and editorial guidelines.

Required profile

• Degree (or equivalent) in communication, digital media or a related field.
• Fluent English; French and/or Arabic considered an asset.
• At least 2 years of general experience in digital communication.
• Minimum 1 year of specific experience managing institutional social media accounts.

• Social media platform management (e.g., Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Content creation and scheduling tools.
