Key Sales Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Key Sales Account Manager to become the primary point of contact for a portfolio of partners on one of the region’s fastest‑growing platforms. The role sits at the core of our commercial operations, offering a clear pathway into a high‑impact department.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the day‑to‑day contact for assigned partners, handling queries, updates and renewals.
• Onboard new partners, ensuring they understand the platform and realise value quickly.
• Support the planning and execution of campaigns, coordinating with internal teams to meet timelines and briefs.
• Identify and pursue upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within the partner portfolio.
• Recruit, coordinate and maintain relationships with volunteers for on‑ground activations and events.
• Maintain accurate partner records, activity logs and pipeline data in internal systems.
• Contribute ideas to campaign concepts and partner engagement initiatives as part of a collaborative team.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in account management, sales, partnerships or a client‑facing role; recent graduates with strong internships are welcome.
• Excellent communication skills, able to build rapport via email, phone and in‑person.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented, capable of juggling multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Genuine interest in the student market and the brands that serve it.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to operate across Saudi Arabia or Bahrain.
