Kids Club Animator – Hawar Resort

About the role

As a Kids Club Animator at Hawar Resort by Mantis, you will design and lead fun, educational activities for children of various ages, ensuring their safety, well‑being and enjoyment in a vibrant resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute age‑appropriate activities such as arts and crafts, sports, storytelling and themed events.
• Engage with children in a friendly, energetic manner while maintaining constant supervision and safety.
• Communicate with parents about daily programmes and address any concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized Kids Club area and ensure all supplies are stocked.
• Promote resort activities and inform guests about special events.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; background in education, child development or related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience working with children in a recreational, hospitality or educational setting.

Required skills

• Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal abilities.
• Creativity to develop engaging activities for children of all ages.
• Patience, empathy and a friendly attitude toward young guests.
• Physical stamina to actively participate in activities and stand for long periods.
